What exactly am I paying for?

You're paying for a tailored EU dual citizenship service. Depending on your selected package, this includes a detailed eligibility analysis, expert guidance on documentation, and optional add-ons like translation or genealogist support. We adapt the process to your ancestry and country-specific requirements.

Is this service guaranteed to get me citizenship?

No service can guarantee approval from a government. However, we dramatically improve your chances by ensuring your application is complete, accurate, and well-prepared.

What happens after I pay?

Once you check out, you’ll receive access to a simple onboarding form to submit your ancestry details. Then, your case moves to our expert review team, and you’ll receive your eligibility report within the timeframe promised for your tier.

Can I change tiers after purchase?

Yes! If you start with one report and realize you need more support, you can upgrade anytime. We’ll credit your original payment toward the higher tier so you only pay the difference.

Will I have to travel or visit a consulate?

It depends on the country. Some EU nations require in-person steps such as document submission, registration, or an oath. If that’s the case for your country, we’ll explain what to expect and help you prepare.

Are there any extra or hidden costs?

Your purchase covers everything included in your selected tier. Any optional services, such as document recovery, translations, or further application assistance, are clearly priced and optional.

How do I know which service level is right for me?

Our pricing page breaks down what’s included in each package. If you already know your ancestry details, the Eligibility Report may be enough. If you want expert guidance or document support, the Guided Report or Full Service tiers are best.

How long will it take to receive my results?

That depends on the tier you select:
Eligibility Report: 3 business days

Guided Report: 5 business days

Full Service: 8 business days (3 days family tree report + 5 days citizenship analysis)
