- Understanding that results are based on the information they provide.
False, misleading, or incomplete information may invalidate conclusions and is grounds for termination without refund.

The Company’s assessments are informational and based on current laws, regulations, and practices. The Company makes no guarantee that the Client will be able to obtain citizenship in any jurisdiction.
- Payment
Full payment is due upon checkout. Certain optional follow-up services or extended research requests will incur additional fees.
- Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, services are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
- Termination
The Agreement may be terminated:
- By the Client:
- The Client must request termination in writing before the Company has begun rendering services under the Scope of Work.
- If termination is requested by the Client before services have begun, the Company will refund the Client’s payment less the card processing fee and a $10 administrative fee.
- Refund eligibility in all other cases is governed by the Company’s Refund Policy (available at https://citizenship.eu/refund-policy/), which sets out the conditions under which a refund may be granted if the Company is found to be in error in its approach.
- By the Company for Cause:
- Grounds include, but are not limited to, non-cooperation, fraudulent or misleading information, or violation of applicable laws.
- Service Timeframe

All personal data provided by the Client is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and reporting purposes.
