Holiday Schedule
Our team will be operating on a reduced schedule from December 24 through January 2, with full operations resuming January 6.
If you sign up for one of our paid services and submit your corresponding informational intake form within the app by Friday, December 19th, 2025, your order will be processed during the holidays.
Submissions received after this date will be processed in the order received after the holiday period ends. If you have any questions about what has to be submitted by the 19th, just reach out to our staff via the messaging center in your client portal.
What’s Coming in January
Starting in early January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a significant update to the Citizenship.eu platform. This includes new eligibility assessment features, a more flexible subscription structure, and additional support options designed to meet different needs throughout the citizenship application process.
